Styrian Goldings (Slovenia) 4.5-6% All English-style ales, ESB, bitter, lager Dual Purpose US Fuggle, UK Fuggle, Willamette Delicate, slightly spicy. Appropriate in all English beers: pale ale, brown ale, porter, stout. Widely used in Belgian Ales.
Target (UK) 9.5-12.5% All ale and lager Bittering Fuggle, Willamette Pleasant English hop aroma, quite intense. It is an all-purpose English hop useful for both bittering and aroma.
Tettnanger (US) 3.4-5.2% German ales and lagers, American lagers, wheat Finishing German Spalt, Czech Saaz Santiam An aromatic hop, mild and slightly spicy. Appropriate for all German lagers. Mild aroma is suitable for US “premium” lagers.
